As soon as the bank client initiates a self-service transaction, his/her profile is identified and Odysii’s solution initiates its analysis. Using predictive intelligence, Odysii analyzes the client profile, the requested service and the branch’s marketing strategy to “predict” the most effective promotion for that specific client. Once the most pertinent promotion for the specific viewing client has been identified, Odysii automatically creates a high impact visual promoting the product and displays it on the screen next to the self-service kiosk. Qualified leads are generated when interested bank clients opt-in to a pertinent promotion by using the touch-screen to schedule a phone call from the bank’s sales team.
