Odysii Launches Teller Solution to Introduce Targeted Suggestive Selling to the Teller Station

Odysii, the world leader in software solutions for targeted suggestive selling, recently announced the launching of its Teller solution for retail banks. Odysii's Teller solution, the first of its kind in the branch marketing sphere, introduces targeted suggestive selling to the Teller station with the purpose of increasing branch sales, enhancing bank-client relationships and improving customer education regarding bank products and services.

Odysii's Teller solution uses individual, customer-facing screens at the Teller station to display highly attractive visuals of deals and promotions which implement targeted suggestive selling. Clients are classified according to a predefined strategy set up by the bank, and as soon as they approach the Teller station, Odysii analyzes the bank's strategy and the client's profile to find the perfect promotion or message for that specific client. For example should the client be a university student with good credit, Odysii might promote student loans or a special student bank account. Messages can also be educational and inform clients about new financial services and products which are relevant to their customer profile.
