Hospitality Match N’ Go is a revenue-enhancing software application that uses customer-facing LCD screens at the check-in desk to expose guests to targeted on-site messages, enabling hoteliers to increase the average revenue from each guest. Hooking up directly to hotels’ back office databases, Match N’ Go analyzes relevant data like room availability and guest profiles to create high impact messages targeted to specific guests. For example, a returning guest that previously requested a room with a view would be automatically exposed to a room upgrade for a top floor room with a view. This offer would only be made if the room was available during the guest’s stay. By displaying targeted messages that are in-line with hotels’ business strategy and targeted to each specific guest, Match N’ Go increases the average revenue from each guest and streamlines room usage.
