The bank installed Odysii's suite of banking solutions on customer-facing LCD screens in a number of its branch locations to positively impact its customers' decisions with relevant, targeted messages.

Odysii personnel arrived at the bank locations and provided on-site consulting regarding the most strategic positioning for the LCD screens. Odysii's consultants located positions within the bank that would simultaneously display high impact messages to in-store customers and draw outside pedestrian traffic with a sleek, modern feel for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Odysii then worked with the bank's management team to translate their existing marketing strategy into a set of predefined marketing rules which were programmed into Odysii's marketing intelligence solutions. These marketing rules, when triggered by customer actions, customer profiles and strategic business goals, defined the advertisements that were displayed on the LCD screens. While all of the solutions displayed relevant information like interest rates, currency ratios and bank promotions to compel customers to utilize bank products, others were also programmed to show visually enticing videos to attract new customers into the bank.

Following a 4-month period in which the bank implemented Odysii's solution alongside traditional forms of media (posters, notices), the bank conducted a survey comparing the two forms of messaging
 
Results showed that:
 
    Odysii's targeted messages were effective. 81% of respondents remember the bank's messages. 45% claimed messages were positive and helped them learn about new bank products/ services
   
    The presence of Odysii's solutions was much more felt than traditional media forms, thereby increasing effectiveness of the ads. 81% of respondents felt Odysii media presence (only 39% felt posters, 14% notices).
   
   
    Odysii's targeted messages positively impacted customer's future purchasing decisions. 81% of those surveyed claimed that the bank's messages will serve them in future transactions.
